Terms & Conditions for Hair Extensions Appointments
Thank you for choosing our company. To ensure the best possible service and smooth appointment scheduling, please read the following terms carefully.

Appointment day guidelines
By confirming your appointment, you fully accept all terms and conditions.
1) Booking & Deposit
- To confirm an installation appointment, a minimum deposit of €100 is required. The amount may be adjusted depending on quantity/quality/special requirements.
- The deposit secures the specific date and time of your appointment.
- A deposit is also required for special color orders or any modification of the hair prior to your appointment.
Deposit payment
- The €100 deposit must be paid within 48 hours of confirmation; otherwise, the appointment is automatically cancelled.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, or another agreed method.
2) Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation
- In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Any refund is at the owner’s discretion.
Rescheduling
- If you wish to change your appointment date, you must notify the salon at least 7 days in advance.
- Transferring the deposit to a new appointment is at the owner’s discretion.
Special cases: For emergencies or unforeseen events, please contact us immediately to discuss rescheduling options.
3) Late Arrival Policy
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, depending on availability.
- If cancelled due to late arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
4) Installation appointment day
We do not remove third-party extensions. If you already have extensions installed, they must be removed before your appointment.
- Your hair must be washed the day before your appointment.
- Your hair must be detangled (styling is not required). If the hair is severely tangled, the professional may detangle it for an extra fee (if time allows) or cancel the appointment.
- Guests are not allowed unless we have been informed in advance.
- During installation, while you hold the hair extensions, you may count the strands to be installed (your responsibility).
- Installation pricing does not include a haircut or styling/finishing after installation. It may be offered only if time allows and with an additional fee.
- After installation, we are not responsible for longevity/quality if heating tools and styling equipment are misused.
- We recommend scheduling your refit appointment immediately after installation (limited availability).
- We are not responsible for calling you to book your next appointment if you do not schedule it.
5) Refit appointment day
- Your hair must be washed the day before your appointment.
- Your hair must be detangled. If there is heavy tangling, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance so additional time can be scheduled.
- If no prior notice is provided, the professional may detangle for an extra fee (if time allows) or cancel the appointment.
- Guests are not allowed unless we have been informed in advance.
- Before the refit begins, you may count the strands to be refitted (your responsibility).
- Refit pricing does not include a haircut or styling/finishing. It may be offered only if time allows and with an additional fee.
- We recommend booking your next refit right away (limited availability).
- We are not responsible for calling you to book your next appointment if you do not schedule it.
