Terms and conditions for Hair Extensions appointment

Thank you for choosing our salon for your hair extensions. 

If this is the first time you choose our company for the placement of the hair extensions you want, in order to ensure the best possible service for you and the smooth conduct of the appointments, please read carefully the following terms and conditions.

Adherence to these is necessary for the professional and consistent service of all our clients.

Appointment Booking:

  • To confirm your appointment for the placement of hair extensions, a minimum advance payment of €100 is required. The advance payment amount may be modified depending on the quantity of hair extensions, the quality, etc.
  • This advance payment only concerns the date and time the appointment has been set.
  • Advance payment is required in cases of special color order and modification of hair extensions before the appointment.

Deposit Payment:

  • The €100 or more deposit must be paid within 48 hours of appointment confirmation, otherwise the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or another agreed-upon method.

Appointment Cancellation:

  • In case of appointment cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Refund of the deposit is at the discretion of the owner.

Rescheduling:

  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you must inform the salon at least 7 days before the originally scheduled time.
  • The possibility of transferring the deposit to the next appointment is at the discretion of the owner.

Late Arrival:

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may be cancelled or rescheduled, depending on the salon’s availability.
  • In case of cancellation due to late arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Special Cases:

  • In cases of emergencies or unforeseen events, please contact the salon immediately to discuss the possibility of rescheduling your appointment.
